q&a

Q: When is your next shop update?

A: I update my online store 3-4 times a year. Those shop updates will be announced through my email newsletter, which you can sign up for at the bottom of this page.

Q: Are your items for sale in any physical locations?

A: They will be soon--stay tuned!

Q: Can I visit your studio? Do you offer local pickup?

A: Due to privacy and security reasons, I am unable to host visits to my studio. However, if you are local to New Orleans and place an online order then I will reach out to you about local pickup options.

Q: How is shipping calculated?

A: Shipping is a flat rate of $10, calculated at checkout.

Q: Do you take custom orders?

A: Due to current demand, I am unable to take individual custom orders or requests. Wholesale requests for businesses will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to me at biz@connorclary.com for wholesale requests.

Q: I have an issue with my order. How can I get help?

A: Please email me at biz@connorclary.com. Please do not send customer service requests via social media DMs--it is likely that I will miss your message. I am entirely a one-man team, so please have patience and I will help you the best that I can.

Q: When will I receive my package?

A: Please allow at least one to two weeks for your package to arrive. Orders are all shipped by myself in the order they are received. I do my best to ship them out within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase.

Q: Where do you ship?

A: I offer shipping to any contiguous or non-contiguous US states and territories. Unfortunately, I do not currently offer shipping outside of the United States.

Q: Are my pots microwave/dishwasher safe?

A: My pottery is all microwave and dishwasher safe, though I recommend hand washing. Some dishwashers may dull the glaze over time or change the texture of clay, especially if running at high temperatures or using harsh cleaners.

Q: Are you hiring, internships, etc?

A: I am currently a one-man team and do not plan on hiring. I am also relatively new to the business of making and selling pottery, so if you are looking for experience I'd recommend finding makers who are a bit more established in the field! But if you have any questions about how I run my business, feel free to email me at biz@connorclary.com and I will do my best to answer.
