q&a

Q: When is your next shop update?

A: I update my stock every three to four months. Shop updates will be announced through my email newsletter, which you can sign up for at the bottom of this page.

Q: How is shipping calculated?

A: Shipping is a flat rate of $10, calculated at checkout. The rate does not change based on the size of the order, so it will be a better deal for you to order more items at one time as opposed to making separate orders.

Q: Do you take custom orders?

A: Due to current demand, I am unable to take individual custom orders. Wholesale requests (several dozen items or more) will be taken on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to me at connorclarybiz@gmail.com for wholesale requests.

Q: I have an issue with my order. How can I get help?

A: Please email me at biz@connorclary.com. Do not send customer service requests via social media DMs--it is likely that I may not see your message. I am entirely a one-man team, so please have patience and I will help you the best that I can.

Q: When will I receive my package?

A: Please allow at least one to two weeks for your package to arrive. Orders are all shipped by myself in the order they are received. They will be packed and sent out within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase.

Q: Where do you ship?

A: I offer shipping to any contiguous or non-contiguous US states and territories. Unfortunately, I do not currently offer shipping outside of the United States.

Q: Do you offer local pickup?

A: To protect my privacy, I do not currently have a local pickup option at this time. All orders will be shipped by mail.

Q: Are your items for sale in a physical store?

A: Currently, my pottery is only for sale here on my online store. But if you own a physical store in Kansas City and are interested in selling my pottery, let me know!

Q: Are my pots microwave/dishwasher safe?

A: My pottery is all microwave and dishwasher safe, though I recommend hand washing. Some dishwashers and detergents tend to dull the glaze over time or change the texture of clay, especially if running at high heat or using harsh cleaners.

Q: How is your pottery shipped?

A: I attempt to use as many recycled materials in shipping as possible, so items may be shipped with an interesting variety of materials that I've picked up from other local businesses. In general, my pieces are usually wrapped in newsprint or bubble wrap and then packaged with recycled cardboard ran through a perforating machine.
